In 2015[nbsp_tc]we wanted to do something a little different than our normal production rehearsals. We called our friend Matt Jenkins to come and help our students write a song. They all sat in the same room and dreamed up ideas about bravery and love for the stage. The whole song creation process was really a true representation of who we are at Backlight. Numerous individuals including Jason Wyatt, Pat McMakin and Rich Ramsey spent a lot of time and effort to shine the spotlight on our students and allow them to become true recording artists. So this song is all about our actors and actresses. It’s about everything we are at Backlight. Enjoy!
